the car is similar to a mitsubishi shogun but the head lights are totally different and the hyundai dealer here said he couldnt get any.

I don't believe Hyundai ever sold the Galloper in any right-hand-drive markets.
If that is the case, they never made any headlamps for right-hand-drive markets to fit.
You could contact some of the companies that import LHD American cars (e.g. Mustang) to find out where they source headlamps from, but a set of custom-made lamps are likely to cost a small fortune.

That's always a problem with imported cars, even the ECU may be impossible to get if its not the same as local cars, you will have to contact Hyundai in Korea and hope they will help.
My advice is never buy a cheap imports parts can be very hard to get
