Not eating is realated to a poor attitude. When the brain dosent get food the attitude and aeveything with it sux. Now for the worse part..not eating can give you diabetes b/c of sugar DROP.Also not eating will make u gain MORE when U start 2 eat again the body splurges.WHY we ask???Well u have tricked ur body into thinking that it is "stranded on an island and u r going to die"thereforethe body has slowed down the fat cell turnover to keep u ALIVE.so when u start eating a gain U have Permantely altered ur metabolism TO BE SLOW.Now you will have trouble with what you normally eat and burning it off takes twice as long..Your body is like our computers if u use the wrong program it will keep running the wrong program,,,,

Nothing will happer per se in a couple of days - especially if you are drinking plenty of fluids. Plenty of religions as well as various alternative medications use fasting as means to peace, prayer, etc. However you must intake fluids.
And no your friend will not look drastically thinner. First off she will be fatigued and your body will have a harder time with things like memory, activity, etc.
But your body actually thinks its starving when you fast and therefore your metabolism slows down. So while you can lose some weight doing a fast or cleanse most of it is going to come back as soon as you eat again and your metabolism will have slowed down so this could actually hinder future weight loss results. AND without the supervision of a doctor or professional you could deprive your body of much needed nutrients causing a slew of other problems and making your body more susceptible to viruses and/or injuries.

Fasting for a few days every once in a while will not cause harm. In fact, it is said to be a healthy way to cleanse the body. While fasting a person must make sure that they are properly hydrated so they must drink lots of water. Drinking plenty of water in itself it said to help with weight loss. People lose weight at different rates so I cannot say whether or not she will lose enough weight where it would make any difference. Keep in mind that if a person loses a lot of weight in a short period of time it is NOT healthy and the person will more than likely put the weight she lost back on very rapidly when she does resume eating.

Well you can't go that long without water, so assuming all you do is consume water, you will lose about two pounds. It isn't healthy because you aren't consuming any nutrients.
Every so often, a person is lost for a week in the mountains and when he comes out, he is 20 pounds lighter. He loses extra weight because he has to generate body heat to keep warm through the night, he is continually walking around trying to find a way out and he is drinking very little water because stream water often causes diarrhea.
So hypothetically, what you really want to do is get lost in cold mountains.

Your body will go into "Starvation Mode" and simply store all the fat it can get. Yes, if you continue to withold food from yourself you will eventually get drastically thinner, but when the time comes when you eat again, your metabolism will be extremely slow, because your body will be storing alot more fat to prevent starvation
If your friend is looking to lose weight through eating habits, it's better to eat frequent small meals, and it'll boost metabolism alot.

Most likely not. A person's body would probably go into survival mode in this situation and they may even gain weight. Even if a person did lose weight this way, it probably wouldn't be at all noticable and then after depriving yourself of food you will begin to over eat. Tell your 'friend' that a healthy diet and exercise is the only way to have a good looking and healthy body.

You won't get drastically thinner.
Your body will go into starvation mode and use it's existing reserves for survival. You'll lose a few pounds.
Then, your metabolism will slow down. Once you begin eating like normal, the weight will pile on. Only this time, it will be harder to take it off because your metabolism slowed down.

provide your canines 2 Tablespoons of Pepto Bismal. If she vomits lower back, you could repeat this in an hour. Then, as quickly as each 12 hours. She needs to drink water. Take her nutrition away till she's long gone 3 hours without vomiting. Water is a few distance greater significant than nutrition perfect now. Take a turkey baster or a plastic eye dropper and supply her 2 tbs. of water each half-hour to an hour on the main. If she gets dehydrated, she will have the means to might desire to be positioned on an IV on the vet and can desire to even die from it. call the vet and make an appointment. She might desire to be relatively ill or in case you have replaced her nutrition or given her any human nutrition, it would desire to be so common as that.

you wont even be a fraction thinner apart from consuming up your body fat (energy stored in body) AND muscle fibres - they can be converted into energy in emergency situations for the mitochondria, but it's very inefficient since it would take a lot more to re-generate muscle fibres.
muscle fibres are consumed more than fat (adipose tissues) because when u got no food u dont want to move and fat keeps you warm, so in such situations muscles are less required.
you will feel sick, fatigue, dizzy, no energy and hair loss. your cells start dying a lot quicker and your whole body will shut down and/or slow down metabolism process and you will become like a bear hibernating (but humans dont hibernate).
you cant become thinner.
the only way is to burn calories by doing exercises :)

No you won't look drastically thinner. Your metabolism will slow way down so that you won't lose weight. This is what your body does in response to starvation.
