Nothing.
Imaginary beings don't think - and too often, neither do their creators!

There is a difference in creation of God and Man making something. What God creates is eternal. What man makes is not. Aid or any other disease is a product of man. It was either made in a laboratory somewhere or it was the result of man's changing the environment. It is not God's fault that man perverts and changes what God creates.
Don't blame God, he is staying out of it, unless we ask for help.

God didn't - man did.
"My reading has led me to believe that AIDS is the result of a tragic mistake made in the early 1950's by scientists who were working for a research institute, which later became part of the World Health Organization. The disease began in a laboratory where scientists were trying to develop a polio vaccine using monkey serum. They gave the serum as an oral spray to about two hundred thousand volunteers in Zaire.
"The researchers did not realize that the monkey serum carried a virus for which human beings had no defense mechanism. The virus caused a shutdown of a person's immune system, making him or her susceptible to a host of debilitation diseases." - Pat Robertson in his book, "Bring It On", chapter 6, pages 174 and 175.
Man, in his lust and lack of control, turned it into an epidemic.

The HIV virus probably started out as a relatively harmless virus in monkeys. But because of Man's sin, it spread like wildfire to the rest of humanity. People started eating the monkeys (which is forbidden by Scripture - monkeys are unclean) so the virus passed to humans. These Africans then had promiscuous sex with women and passed it around. It crossed to gays and straight people through bisexuals, who received the brunt of it during the 80's. Drug users also joined the fray and became victims. Some of these people then sinned against children by donating their poisoned blood, so children and other innocents became unwitting victims. As you can see, it was entirely the fault of Man, not God, who spread this disease by not obeying the Word of God, which would have warned these people not to commit adultery and not to pollute their bodies, which are the temple of the Holy Spirit.

Honestly since when did man blame everything we create on God? If cars suddenly became a health hazard would that be God's falut too or would that be the man who create cars? Honestly THINK PEOPLE before you blame God know the story AGAIN I SAY God is good the devil is bad therefore if you know anything then you know the devil is repsonsible for anything bad happening that we cant prevent man i cant believe how people blame things on God without knowing the story

You're wrong. God didn't create AIDS. Man did, when he chose to use dirty needles, have multiple sex partners, etc.

that is illogical ..GOD did not create SIN.
man did.
SO all diseaes..war..famine..poverty are the cause by
disobedience and death came also..in humans..in creatures and in the earth.
JESUS came and GONE..and destroy those curses.
so by FAITH..and words we speak.
in the holy spirit..and power of FIRE..we speak
in love, in faith ..in truth..and whatsoever ye ask in HIS NMAE..you'll have it.
as we mature..greater power is available..ONLY to believers
no different than harry potter power of satan.
yet..one thing different about LIGHT nad karkness is.
when LIGHT COME..darkness flee.
so GOD is greater..as we abide in HIM..we too.
GOD is not a destroyer..he is the LIFE.
and hate sin..that destroy MAN.

It's not exactly out of character, is it? Look at the Black Death, the Consumption epidemics, syphilis and all the other little parasites we've had to deal with over the centuries. This is mild by comparison.
We'll get it.

Fascinating to see how many reckon it's all due to sin. So that must mean that lesbians are the truly pure in spirit, huh? They have the lowest incidence of all.
As to those knobheads who reckon it was all a fiendish trick by those evil SCIENTISTS - please have yourself shot.

No one can answer your question. If anyone claims they know what god is thinking that person is insane. All monotheistic religions claim that their respective gods are all-seeing and all-knowing. Therefore, to 'know' what god is thinking is impossible unless you too are omniscient. Anyone claiming to know what god is thinking is either in need of mental counseling or should be avoided and/or monitored.
