They believe it is like a flu shot in the since that they said a prayer once and they can live how they want. Alot of people say oh yeah i prayed that prayer i am saved and live like they have never received a command before. When we come to God we give Him total surrender of our lifes. We repent (turn from) of our sins. A Christian is a person who continues to repent and continues to believe. We continually grow in holiness and righteousness. Were are New Creations in CHRIST JESUS.

Christians don't enjoy sin and repent when they do.Many "religious fence-straddlers" say they don't need repentance and faith in Jesus to be religious.
Jesus is the only way to the Father (no religious group or leaders can save you,even if they have a membership with them).

Actually I believe it is more like the live version of the flu virus, not necessarily lethal in most people but fatal to a few more vulnerable souls.

Because religion is simply an attempt to make life easier by following and believing instead of THINKING and DOING.
Why would anyone expect them NOT to take the easiest path?

Amen. Once saved not always saved. Jesus said to one of the churches in Revelations unless they repented He would blot their names out of the book of life. You can't "loose" your salvation but you can throw it away.
