my question's how can i do with microsoft word these things:
a) A VERY capital letter at the begining of text....it's not the normal capital letter of couse.
b) a smal (1) above the end of a word in the test and when the mouse's close to it ...it shows a meaning or some details....

Open a blank Word document
open Help
search for "Drop Cap" and "Footnote."

This is what you are looking for and you will get the exact steps by going to Help.

I don't quite understand what you are trying to do, but here goes: if it is an outline letter you are looking for, like "A., B." and so on, go to Format > Bullets and Numbering and choose the style outline you want. For the small "1" you can use a footnote by going to Insert > Reference > Footnote. This will provide you with numbers running sequentially and a hyperlink to the referenced note at the page end or at the end of the text. (I'm not sure if this is what you want, but maybe if you rephrase your question a little I can catch your intent)...

PART a

Write the text
Highlight the first letter
Increase its font size 10 points more than the standard font size
(optional):
Right click (while highlighted) and click on FONT
A new window opens
Click CHARACTER SPACING
Under POSITION select LOWERED from pull-down menu and enter a suitable value to bring it to center of other text




PART b

Highlight the particular letter or phrase
Press Ctrl+Shift+=

alternatively..
Highlight the letter/phrase
Right click
Select FONT
Under FONT Tab place a check on SUPERSCRIPT

oh and in case u want proper references inserted
INSERT> REFERENCE> Foot Note (Office 2003)
INSERT > CROSS-REFERENCE> Foot Note (office 2007)

for the very capital go to format and choose drop cap and choose the style you want
