I am 5% under weight and I have to tell you that my bones are coming out from my shoulders, but otherwise, my body looks very ok. No bony things. Anyways, I decided to gain some weight, but my legs and belly kinda moody because it would go very fat if I gained some weight. I want a flat stomach and good legs like now, but I have to gain some weight.

Consider adding carbs and sugars in your diet for weight gain. And exercises to keep the flat stomach, small hips, and slender legs.

5% of what, 300 lbs ? Your height is is also an important factor to consider before making dietary changes. Who told you you are 5% underweight, a dietician, a doctor, or a slimming magazine ?

eat a balanced diet and exercise, those bony shoulders will develop and be fine.
