Does anyone medically know if you can take evening primrose capsules when on blood pressure tablets.

According to latest research, evening primrose oil has no effect on human blood pressure however the previous research on animals found it has lowering effect on blood pressure. Preliminary reports also says that evening primrose oil has good effects on pre-eclampsia/pregnancy high blood pressure which would mean could lower the blood pressure.
There is no strong ground to rely upon on such matter for the meantime. For safety, I would try to avoid taking it if I am on blood pressure tablets to avoid any possibility of consequences of getting hypotension.

Depends on the age of the person and his/her blood pressure.
Usually herbal meds are taken as supplementary, so I see no problem on using primrose oil ans blood pressure tablets unless there would be hypotension.
There is also Health category for clinical questions.
