This will do it in a healthy way. Focus on fruits, veggies, and whole grains in your diet, with a little meat and low fat dairy. Drink plenty of water (32 oz. a day or a little more will do it) and keep that water very cold (helps to increase your metabolism). Drink some green tea (home made, not bottled). Try for an hour of cardio a day. If you can't fit in an hour, at least do 40 minutes. Now turn off the computer and get moving! You can do it, and you will feel healthier, happier, and stronger for it! Email me after a week and let me know how you're doing.

Besides some of the good answers above like eating a good balanced diet consisting of plenty of fiber, protein, vitamins, etc you could also use a sauna but make sure to drink plenty of water while using it or you may be at risk of dehydrating. When I was in the military and guys needed to lose weight fast they would put on a plastic suit and sit in the sauna for hours but I wouldn't recommend that at all.

Well i lost about 5 pounds in less than a week. I ate four meals a day (of course small meals) with lots of vegetables and fruit (try eating less protein), i exercised for about an hour every single day and i drank slim tea. If you do this you will definitly lose weight.

2 eggs scrambled or hard boiled,coffee/2% milk/ Nutrasweet. 1-2 oz. 2% cheese snack.Meat and veggies lunch. OR salad with 1 tbs. canola or olive oil.(low fat meat,and veggies in salad) use vinegar or lemon pepper with oil for dressing. Snack before dinner---Again 1 or 2 ozs. 2% cheese or 10 peanuts OR 15 pistachio nuts.Dinner small salad,5ozs.lean meats,veggies. ( no beans,or peas) night time snack.Ricotta cheese 1 cup. 0r 15 pistachio nuts. Drink lots of water-no soda.you will loose fast and the waistline too !! No sugar or carbs. at all. Only those in veggies and nuts.

Diet: Eat no more than what you need. Make sure you eat more in the beginning of the day and less at night. Try replacing your regular meals with healthier alternatives.

Excercise: When you can, work out at the beginning of the day. This boosts your metabolism for the rest of the day.

Also, Make sure you drink alot of water. It helps.

I would think that a fruit diet and lots of water would help you lose weight realllllllly fast. I don't believe that realllllly fast weight loss is healthy for you but you wanted realllllly fast not healthy.

I eat normal meals at normal sizes, but snacking is usually what people have problems with.
As it being summer, you want a cool snack right? Freezepops are only 25 cals each! So I eat those between meals.

Try a very strict atkins diet. It works for me. No sugars or startches and keep away from fruits and most veggies. Don't make it a lifestyle though!

First you should eat extremely healthy foods 100% natural. fresh fruits and veggies whole grains non fat dairy products. As for exercising do cardio workouts to burn fat then do stuff like weight lifting to tone up.

You cant lose weight really fast, unless you starving yourself
