She can dye it any color, but blonde might not look good against that skin color. Try Dark brown or black.

it just all depends on bone structure, would she wear it curly/straight, would it be platinum blonde or dirty blonde. it just depends.

If she has really dark hair, she won't make it past an orangy blonde. I'm living that right now lol
She can lighten it to a pretty lighter brown...one of my friends had nearly black hair and is very dark skinned, and the lighter brown hair on her is gorgeous. It lightens her whole face and eyes.

No, african americans with blonde most of the time look really bad. I wouldn't recommed it. If she wants to dye it, the lightest would be a medium brown or something like Beyonce

If she's going to bleach it up to blond & it's in the brown tones naturally, make sure she uses all ash blond lighteners. If she doesn't, she's going to go thru a lot of "red tone" fases. Brown & dark hair has a lot of red naturally in their hair color. I'm a beautician, know from experience!

I dont know but if you are a dark skin complection or really tanned.Dont even think about dying your hair blonde,youll look like a fool.And ghetto but if thats what you want and thats your style then whatev and good luck!.

I wouldn't recommend it. It would look bad, plus you would have to keep on top of the roots. I'm Italian and have light brown hair and my hairdresser wouldn't let me go blonde. If you want to go lighter, try a light brown with golden highlights.

Well I think that your friend would look alright in blonde, but I think if she doesn't want to go with the natural black, or even black with highlights ; she should go with a medium brunette color.

I think it depends on her hair colour. If she has black or dark brown, she will have to keep applying it to keep it blonde. but after a while it can turn your hair horrible colour, so watch out!
