We cannot get into the site because no one has the password and all information is outdated. How do we remove this one so that we may begin a new one?

pray and wait a while the truth of god vision will be revealed to you in time.
alternatively go to the computer section of Y answers and repost. If this works I will take credit for being a messenger of god.

Contact the provider/host and explain the situation. See if you can at least cancel the old one and restart a new one.

Go to the site.
Click the VIEW tab on your IE browser.
Click SOURCE.
Copy what's there and paste it into a new document on your computer.
Save each page this way, and you should have what you need.
