every since yesterday everything that I hear seems so much louder and then if i hear something really loud like a door slamming it freakin hurts!

increased sensitivity to sound often preceeds an infection, suggest you see a doctor asap.

Could be several things, but lets go with the most obvious and simplest first.
Sounds like an inner ear infection. Your hearing has become more acute as the drum is being placed under pressure from the swelling and as a result the drum is more taught. Hence it appears louder and yet there is pain. I suspect the problem may not go away, but it will increase in pain until (if left untreated) the ear drum may rupture and release the infected substance built up behind your ear drum...not nice.
I suggest you go and seek medical intervention, you may need anti biotic therapy.
