I dont want to use up all my money i jsut earned. jsut got a job like a month ago. I want it to go shopping and buy some other stuff i want to get. What should i do? Do the writing cousrse or not?

Sounds like a scam.

If you think you have a book that might sell, first give a few copies out to friends and ask for constructive feedback. If the feedback is good, send the manuscript off to a publishing house and see what they say.

If you want to take more writing classes, I'd go to community college and enrol in creative writing classes - those classes might be applicable to further education like an associates degree or maybe as general education credis for a bachelors degree. I don't know if you need any further education qualifications, but why pay some dodgy company $600 when you can get the same stuff much cheaper at an approved learning establishment?

Uh-huh, and how many people do you suppose took the test and DIDN'T get into the school?

Most of the schools of this type are scams. Sounds like this one is.

If you want to take a writing course, check out a local college or community college. They'll be legit, and will cost a lot less.

You might want to consult your local community college or local adult education programs to see what they have to offer. It is best to have your skills assessed objectively by someone with no financial motives to benefit from. Part of that kind of assessment is ego inflating sales psychology, just because they say you are good enough for them to take your money does not necessarily mean anything. Get and check references from those that have taken the training. Perhaps the better business bureau as well. Don't take this as a negative, but please consider that sometimes, just because we WANT to do/be something does not mean that we actually have what it takes, ability or commitment wise.
