I had an ear infection/swimmers ear in both ears
a month and a while ago

a month? you could have severely damaged something inside your ear. or just a really nasty infection. either way its good to see a doc.

Get the swimmer's ear remedy from the store, put warmed sweet oil in your ear for a brief period and then try to get the cloggage out, stop using q-tips, and go to the doctor. If you still have this after a month, you'll need the doctor to take a look and possibly clean your ears out. If you can go to an audiologist to get your ears cleaned, they often use warm water that's soothing. The doctor's office may use cold, yikes!

I had a bad case of swimmers ear once that took over a month to cure with several changes in antibiotics. I wouldn't wait until Monday for the doctor's office to open...I'd go to the nearest walk-in clinic today and get treated. Good luck.

any time you have pain in your ear, you need to see a doctor, you could lose your hearing so don't wait.
