well i have a little bit of a belly its not that bad but i want it gone what are some exercises like for example push ups sit ups what ever please help!

sit ups r not a lose fat exercise they are a muscle toning exercise i suggest u walk run jog or what ever on the treadmill on the road or whatever to lose the belly fat and THEN do the situps to tone up the muscles so it wont be saggy after u have lost the weight

situps r very good but they r not good 4 losing weight, they just give u some muscle
jumproping can burn a LOT of calories with in 10 to 15 min.
swimming is also a very good excercize cuz it uses all the muscles in ur body

you cant spot reduce body fat so sit ups and push ups etc wont help - they only build muscle and will make your problem areas look bigger because there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat -they do not burn fat.
the only fat burning exercise is cardio - running, jogging, cycling, elliptical, swimming, rope jumping, hiking etc - do them 4-6 times a week for 30-50min - preferably 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat.
