Well, here's the thing. You are ALWAYS your own worst critic - because you will always seek the imperfections in yourself that no one else will ever find or care about. It's just human nature, everybody does this.
For example, look at the other girls around you. You probably find nothing wrong with them. But if you ask them, they will tell you, "Oh my lips are uneven, my eyebrows don't match, my thighs are huge..." And you will look at them and say, "Are you kidding? There is no way I would have thought that." It's the exact same story for you. What displeases you, likely no one else ever notices or thinks of that way.
I often find that I have huge legs too, but people often tell me how skinny they find me. I really wouldn't worry about it, if I were you. If others think you have a perfect body, be happy with yourself. I would rather that they think I have a good body and I don't think so, than the other way around!

Alot of times we have higher expectations for otherselves than what other people do. After all it is our bodies and we have to be happy with them. I am the exact same way and I drive my hubby nuts. Go with your friends opinion because we are always more critical of ourselves then other people are or do what my hubby says and do something about being who you want to be like going on a diet or exercising to take inches off certain body parts.

everytime we look in the mirror we see someone who is not perfect but everyone is perfect in their own way like i think im too short or that i have a small face but we always see someone else and other people see the real you so dont worry what you see is not exactly what you are its just the way you think of yourself

Well, we people are simply made this way. There is always something about us that we won't like-looks or personality. But if you consider this friend of yours as a true, real friend, then maybe you should just trust him/her and forget about what you see in the mirror.

Your friend could either be lying to you, or you have yourself blinded. This happened 2 me, too! I looked in the mirror, and I was like, "I'm SO fat." But then, I saw myself in a picture, and I was like, "I can't believe that's me! I'm so skinny!" I suggest you have somebody take a picture of you or take a picture of yourself to see. You shouldn't ask other people though, because sometimes they're afraid to upset you so they lie to you.

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder:) Women are the worst critics of their own body. We see imperfection where there is none! Of course, there are a very few women out there who think they are the fairest of all in spite of all the imperfections. So, relax and accept who you are, the spirit, the mind and the body as you are blessed in this life:) I am sure you are a beautiful person...

Usually our body image (how we picture ourselves in our mind and what we focus on in the mirror) is not accurate.
