And i asked him wheather i could lose weight just eating fruit, vegtables and food's with protein in and just drink water and he said yes. I was wondering how long this would take (because i forgot to ask my doctor) to lose around 10 pounds, or abit more. I would also be doing an hour of walking a day. Thanks.

it will be about a 1 lb a week

2-3 lbs a week is healthy weight loss. Therefore about 4-5 weeks in order to lose 10 lbs
