If I use a diflucan pill and 3 days later use a monostat insert? I just noticed that they both have the name conazole in them.

using them three days apart is not a problem.

I had a prescription for 3 diflucan pills. I took 1 every 72 hours by doctor's orders so I'm sure you're ok.

There is plenty of time in between each drug that it will not have a negative effect on you. There is no need to seek medical attention!
