Rotten egg

Since I've never done any side by side experiment, it's hard to tell which one smells worse. However, I think it's probably the rotten egg.
I've encountered few rotting squirrels/snakes in my yard, but the nasty smell would go away within couple days.
On the other hand, when a friend of mine dropped a rotten egg on his driveway, we actually threw up because the odor was so strong, awful, and unforgettable. The worst part was that the smell stayed there at least for couple weeks.
