Dale Jr, but I have gained a lot of respect for Gordon the last 5 years. I had a chance to meet him in person at a charity event 2 years ago, one helluva nice guy, plus he can drive. It's still weird though thinking that him and Dale are gonna be team mates....

Can't really say one way or another, but Gordon has 4 Cup championships while Jr. has none. Perhaps in '08 Jr. will finally get the chance to win one.
Gordon has the wins, while Earnhardt has the skill and pedigree.

Without a doubt Jeff Gordon is the better driver on short tracks and road courses...But Dale in a restrictor race with a good drafting partner is the best. Seeing there are more short and road courses the edge goes to Jeff.

I LOVE JEFF GORDON!!!!!!!! I like Dale Jr. so I would take Jeff all the way!! I have liked him since I was six years old and understood what racing was....he is an amazing driver and is considered one of the top 3 ever in the history of NASCAR behind Richard Petty of course and Dale Sr.( I think he is better then Sr. but w/e) NASCAR.com and espn.com have these top three in this order!!! He has won 4 championships 7 years faster then Dale Sr. did and may be on his way to 5!! He was rookie of the year whenever he was a rookie and he WILL become the second most winning driver behind Petty's 200 in the future!!! We are looking at one of the best drivers in the history of racing!!!!

Jeff Gordon. He's like #1, just look at his stats, and he is leading the points, and he is ranked #5 on the all time drivers list. Well according to this show I watched earlier, he was, but it said that Earnhardt Sr. was better then the King Richard Petty so I have to disagree with that, but Jeff was higher then Tony who was like #10, and David Pearson was ranked below Gordon as well... So they are going to be teammates next year as well, so Hendrick is going to be even more dominating.
