Creationists and Intelligent Design believers think that if they can poke holes in the fossil evidence that the whole theory of evolution will come crumbling down. However, even disregarding the entire fossil record, molecular biology provides us overwhelming evidence for evolution.

For example, humans and chimpanzees are genetically more similar than chimpanzees are to any other apes.

Human chromosome #2 has been shown to be the result of the fusion of two ancestral chromosomes and retains remnants of a second telomere. Apes retain the original chromosomes: http://www.gate.net/~rwms/hum_ape_chrom.html

Actually, moleculear biology doesn't provide only evidence - it provides proof for evolution. Understand how DNA works, and evolution becomes obvious. Some people believe all kinds of weird things - that doesn't mean that they are right.

You will find that even if you show certain people the facts they will still not believe because they simply don't want to - its willful ignorance, and its a shame.

there are lots of Discovery channel video clips of that. look up "Lucy fossil," and that's an early hominid, which gave upward thrust to human beings. There are additionally many diverse fossils of historical bugs that grew to alter into the bugs we've on the instant, besides as birds. There are additionally fossils of saber-the enamel tigers, which gave upward thrust to the tigers on the instant. you may practice your mom all of those pictures. regardless of the indisputable fact that, I even have yet another piece of advice.. Many adults could have their minds set in stone. whether they could comprehend which you're top, they could no longer say it outloud and save their delight, and nevertheless say which you're incorrect. So, i'm hoping you do no longer agonize too lots approximately it. attempt to enable it bypass, and on the top of the day, in basic terms know which you are the bigger, greater pronounced person right here.

The fossil evidence is inconclusive . Evolution cannot be proven by it . Much of the science used to try to prop up the THEORY of evolution HAS been PROVEN to be falsified by the scientists when they can't come up with real evidence , and they assume much of their evidence to be true with no proof at all . Radio carbon dating is a very big assumption in it's self . There are so many variables involved that there is absolutely NO way it can be reliable as a scientific tool . When man can create life from a single molecule , maybe they could start saying they have proof of evolution , until then , they are liars .

If I were a designer of something new, and could use a part of something previously designed, then I would. Why start from scratch and re-invent the wheel. So God could have used some of the same sequences for similar parts of the body.

sorry the government will now shut down funding for your science project. this is all blasphemy and GWB wont have any of it. The blasphemers at the grand canyon have been silenced as you will be too. Thanks for posting have a nice day. Actually I think GWB will replace you with a creationist scientist to ponder what you just said and write an appropriate version of the truth.

Because they don't understand it.

If they actually understood it, instead of giving up the attempt when it first didn't make sense to them, they wouldn't be making such ridiculous claims.

Edit: applelove, don't be an idiot. Yes it does. Only people that know nothing about it and are listening too much to their religious leaders claim that it doesn't. Get an education. Please. That way you won't embarass yourself.

Please tell me that you are neither arrogant enough or stupid enough to go outside at night and look at the stars and think they are there by "random chance". The Earth takes 365 and one quarter days to orbit the sun, 24 hours to rotate on its axis, and is 8 light-minutes from the sun. If this is chance, you're delirious.
