Yeah, anyone and everyone can get nervous while talking to someone they really like. Outgoing people may have the ability to talk out in the open with a crowd or joke constantly, but sometimes it's a completely different situation when he's alone with a girl he really doesn't want to seem like an idiot in front of.
It all depends on their personality really.

Most everyone gets nervous around new people they meet. It doesn't matter if they are naturally shy or extroverted. It is the fear of the unknown. Most everyone opens up when the ice is broken and feel more comfortable around them. The nervousness can also be because of fear of rejection.

yes, most of the time guys try to hide the way they feel. but,if he gets nervous around you he must have some pretty strong feelings for you.
