I need one with a day by day schedule of what to do

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

P.S. I have a funny story to tell you about a friend of mine who was in the Navy Seals. Back during the Vietnam war he was a new recruit in the Navy Seals. He was in the training program and was scheduled to complete scuba diving, drown prevention and even snow skiing. He was almost through with his training and his Commanding Officer called him into the office. He said, "Lanford, you're shipping out for a mission". Well, he told the Commanding Officer, "Sir, with all due respect, I have not completed my training as yet. I am scheduled to be tested for snow skiing next week". The Commanding Officer said. "Lanford, where you're going....you don't NEED to know how to snow ski". hee hee He said his heart dropped.
