I've been losing weight steadily and I wonder if its because I have a stomach ulcer or if it's related to something else.

Thanks.

I never lost weight due to stomach ulcers, I had duadenal ulcers but ate more food to stop pain. mine was from taking too many aspirins. maybe you have stomach parasites causing you to lose weight.

Can Ulcers Cause Weight Loss

Of course they can, your stomach does not feel well so it can;t take as much food as it normally would, and just by your brain knowing you have ulcers you are biassed by something you know u got. Best you can do is watch what you eat, don;t let long hours go by betwenn meals, eat things that won;t irritate your tummy, avoid coffe, alcohol, spicy meals and sauces, cigarretes.
Cranberry juice is good for a stomach with ulcers, bananas are good to they will even protect the stomach lininig. Control stress, meditate, take it easy.
Good luck and take good care.

I would see a doctor. Such rapid weight loss might be a sign of something else. The only way I would think you would lose rapid weight with an ulcer would be if you changed your diet considerably. Otherwise, you would be smart to check that out.
