Can anyone tell me what the minimum flight connection time is at Chicago O'Hare airport?

Chicago O'Hare wouldn't have connections times any different than any other airport, in fact the airport doesn't even have such requirements.
The airlines decided connections times between their flights. Those times are subject to delays and other factors that can at times render them useless. Keep in mind, thoes times are only when the airline is booking the flight connections. If you are make the booking, you are deciding the connections times.
Of course if you are connecting between flights of two different airlines you are again the one who is deciding the "minimum flight connection time".
