Why not try and sell to one of the companies that deal in vanity plates. They adverise in Daily Mail etc.
Do this for a real quote, rather than seeking opinions on here.

I think that you are really on the right track with a sale like this and I am sure that there are some ffolks out there that are willing to pay big bucks for a nice vanity plate like the one that you have to sell............. I didn't get what state this plate is issued from.... tell us the state.. .I do not live in the USA so the vanity plate won't do me any good ---- but ,, put this on e-bay for $100.00 and you will be getting offers right directly - - this design you have is cool -- unique -- and a really great find for someone with like and similar design comprehension as yourself......... good luck with the sale ..........

I think you you would get more money faster if you just put one of your kidneys up for sale.
At least you would be selling something that somebody could actually USE!!
