I think you should get the kittens checked by a vet.

Kittens, and indeed cats, do not get 'just colds'. They get upper respiratory infections that they can die from, and watery eyes can be an early symptom of this. Are you kittens old enough to have shots yet (from 8 weeks) and if so have they had them? Vaccinations protect against cat flu and some other viruses, but not all, so even if they have been vaccinated they need to be checked.

I'm not saying it is something awful, but you do need to get them checked because viruses among kitten litters are not something to take chances with.

It depends on how old they are, it could be feline distemper, my mom's kittens got this and the vet gave her some eye drops for them that helped. If they are older it could be something bad, you should take them to the vet either way.

Take him to the vet. they give special medicine, kinda like eye drops in humans. works like a charm!
