ok its a sgt becomes an NCO(non commissioned officer) not a CEO ceo is business talk not military talk and the reason why is because that ssg does not have a college education so there for he is still considered under the enlisted pay grade. an officer enlists with a college education or completes west point training in the armies college of west point university in new yourk

By "ceo", do you mean CO? CO stands for commanding officer. A Sgt is short for Sergent, an enlisted rank. Someone who is a CO would be an officer but CO isn't a rank. A CO would normally be a Major or a Lieutenant Colonel.

a captain (cpt) is also a CO when he is in charge of a company/battery/detachment. an LT can also be a CO if there isn't a captain to put in charge of the company. one is in charge of my old company at this moment until a cpt comes in.

The poster below mine is incorrect in her statement that a SSG does not have a college degree. An NCO may have a degree as many NCO's do have degrees, they did not come in with a commision or get a commision after they received their degree.
