Simple hun - different strokes for different folks!
It would be great, in a perfect world if everyone thought the same way, held the same opinions, etc etc but fact is - it don't happen!! Mind you, I reckon a world where we all thought the same would be a boring place - we need differences to make life interesting! I stress DIFFERENCES - its nice to take on board someone elses point of view and consider it - even though it might contradict yours!

We can't. It's impossible for everyone to. Sure they may have some common ground and everyone can relate, but most likely impossible for EVERYONE to get along. That's life.
