Near a village in Cheshire a man dressed a scarecrow as a trffic warden with a mock speed camera.
The Police told him to move it because it might cause an acccident. If they are so dangerous why are the police using them or do they have some kind of magic formula..

Seems stange but it is possible the position of the 'traffic warden' caused the problem.

How about because, unlike a stationery manikin, the police are not in the same place 24 x 7 distracting drivers?

A really good point.

Why also do they get upset when motorists going in the opposite direction, warn others of a mobile camera.
They themselves declare where it is going to be on the internet and local radio etc.

Other motorists are only warning of a danger spot !!

The truth is they want to catch someone !! it makes their day worthwhile.
