Not exactly sure how much u should weigh, but I wouldn't think about it constantly. All u need to do to lose weight is avoid junk food, and eat healthier. Drink plenty of water too. drink at least 6 - 8 cups a day. Try to exercise, and go walking. You can do it. Reward yourself for eating healthy like once a week, and maybe eat something like Dark Chocolate, dark chocolate is acually good for you, but limit it. Hope this helps. Don't worry about what people think, do this for u.

that would depend on how tall you are and what type of bones you have, yes, you sound as if you are on the heavy side but you are 13, you can loose the weight, some of it will come off as you grow taller, you need to make healthy choices when you eat, leave off the sugary foods, the fried food, and the saucy foods and eat smaller portions of fatty food and more vegetables, drink more water, exercise, join in on some sports like volleyball, track, basketball ride your bike, rollerskate or roller blade, enjoy being young while you have the energy to do these things and get involved, don't sit around on the computer so much, go swimming, take some nice long walks, power walking and swimming are great low impact things you can do to get started. Good luck.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Here you can find an ideal body weight calculator that parents use to figure out if their children are at the ideal body weight. Well, it's not just for children, it's for teens too.

But just because this says you should weigh something doesn't mean it's right. It'd be better to consult a physician.

Depends on your height, too. Check out this website: http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx. It calculates your body mass index and it's specifically for teens. Try www.weightwatchers.com for specific hints and tips for weight loss if you need it. Mainly, stop drinking soft drinks, stop eating junk food, concentrate on getting two fruits and three vegetables a day, walk for 60 minutes a day (can break it up into two sessions).

It really does depend on how tall you are. If you're a tall girl, then it's okay for you to weigh that weight. If you're short, however, then it's a different story. If you're really unsure then make an appointment with your doctor and ask him/her what the appropriate weight is for your age and height.

Yes you are over weight unless you are over 6' tall!

Don't eat so much - simple as that!

Exercise!

No special diet, no special pill - don't eat so much and get more exercise. No brainer!

Actually, a person's weight should be proportionate to their HEIGHT, not age.

So it really depends on how tall you are.
