They aren't after answers. They are after validations to their beliefs and prejudices. Real answers scare them.

I personally believe that a lot of the questions asked in R&S are asked to "stir people up" . I just saw a question "are there Harleys in Heaven" . Now, what possibly could be the intent on the part of the person asking that question? I really don't believe that person was seriously wondering about Harleys in Heaven. They just wanted to make someone mad enough to give them a rude answer. And I am sure they will succeed. I am certain that a lot of the questions asked are asked by some who really dont want the real answers.

It's like people who answer with thousand-word copy-and-paste answers. They don't think before they ask, or they don't organize their thoughts, or they already have an answer and they're looking for validation (religious people do this all the time).

People come on here wanting justification for their stupid problems. When people don't give them the answer they want they get all upset. It's really immature.

This drives me crazy too!!

Some people don't think that they will receive answers they do not like. They honestly think everyone will agree with them.

Most questions don't ask for answers, just a followup rant.

They've already formed an opinion or belief and want someone else to verify what they already believe to be true.
