is it possible to drop ten pound in two months?....i want to lose before school starts again...i dont want to have to take swim class without being a bit toned up first...i am 105 pounds and i want to be 95....im 15 and only four foot 11...i have bad love ahndles and stomach fat...help....i need to lose

i have had my BMI checked and my doctor says that it wouldnt harm me to be 95 lbs. i am near the "at risk for overweight" line in the BMI scale so these ten pounds may actually help.

I think your fine for 105 pounds and if you decide to go to 95 lbs that is not healthy,you can do crunches for you side and loose that what you call love handles.But using the weight you want is like i say again not healthy>>>>

forget the scale and forget BMI - they are not that important. what really matters is your body fat percentage which should be under 25%.
you can healthily lose 10lbs in 2months.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

My own opinion to lose fat is to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time...what i did is i jogged 4 times a week and weight trained 4 times a week.....and i ate healthy and didn't eat anything after 7 pm.I also skipped rope alot to...which i thought made me lose some more weight.Hope this helps.
