If heaven is real, then I need to go there right now. Skip life, when I can be doing something better
If heaven is not real, then why are we here?

I think heaven is a real place, but not one that is located in the physical universe. And I think we'll get there soon enough, when God decides it's time. Until then, I try to do what God wants me to do and hopefully my example will lead others to Him. The more that will be in heaven, the merrier.

The truth is, unless you have solid proof that heaven exists, you shouldn't take the risk killing yourself. I do come from a religious family but personally, I am a little towards logic and science. I do believe that if you live an honest and sincere life and avoid doing the evil things in life, you can turn the place around you into heaven.

I think the afterlife is where we will all find the answers we sought on Earth. I don't believe there is a hell. I don't necessarily think there is a heaven, either. I think there are many different levels of being depending on where we were spiritually on Earth.
