The only thing I know that puppys get worms from is fleas! If the eat or swallow their fleas the fleas turn into worms.

All kittens and pups are born with worms they always have to be dewormed it's just a fact the food didn't cause nature did. They are born with them. So get the dewormed and let her eat what your giving her. Good luck.

worms are from parasites! not food. The only way the food could give an animal worms is if it isnt clean or been sitting so long that parasites layed thier eggs in the food, which later hatch when they enter the dogs digestive system.

our CAT had worms several months back and the nurse and he said it couldve been a stray egg...that happened to land in the can food at the can packing warehouse.....

i found that strange cause if things like that were going on that the warehouse should get shut down

i had asked him if the canned food was a possibility and thats what they told me, i think maybe he had his information wrong or i heard wrong.

and the only thing i can think of is that maybe my cat had eaten canned food that was left out too long!

good luck

Your dog could get anything from eating commercial dog food. You wouldn't even believe the stuff that it's made of. take your puppy over to a homemade dog food diet. go on amazon and buy the book Woofing it down, you will not be sorry
