There is a decent game for couples called "Mars and Venus" that can easily be played as a drinking game. Its a card game where you ask questions to see how well you know the other person.
Good game for getting a conversation going. Outside of that theres always quarters or throw the card in the hat or drunk poker. (The usuals.)
