Nuts are great snacks, but they are pretty high in fat so if you already get a lot in your diet you may want to go easy on them. Carrot sticks and some hummus dip can be really great. Crackers and peanut butter, celery and peanut butter, pretty much anything and peanut butter! Did you know they actually make tiny little single serving dipping cups of peanut butter now? So you can just buy em, take one and a couple celery sticks and voila! instant snack-age. Individually packages applesauces are also good snacks, or maybe try a protein bar type thing. I love Luna bars (they're kind of geared towards women though), they're only 180 calories, vegan, and taste wonderful. There are a billion different types of bars out there though, I'm sure you'd like at least a few of them.

Not real quick, but definitely worth the wait!

Tortilla Roll-Ups

12 (14-ounce package) flour tortillas
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
12 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup salsa or picante sauce

In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, chilies, onion, red bell pepper, and Cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly. Spread onto tortillas and roll up. Cover tightly and chill for 2 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, cut each roll into 1/2-inch slices. Serve with salsa or picante sauce. Makes about 8 dozen pieces of tortilla roll-ups.

Mix 2 eggs ,1/2 cup milk,3 spoon sugar and then dip the bread in it and fry it...it will taste exactly like pan cakes...

if u want some salty snack then finger chips with tomato ketchup

u can also boil chicken with some salt and chillies and then dip the bread in water and then take it out and squeeze all the water and fill chicken in it and dip it in beaten egg and bread crumbs(optional) and then fry...u can try any of these recipes

Lay tortilla chips on a paper plate, sprinkle with shredded cheese, spoon some salsa on top & microwave til hot & melted.

Put a slice of mozzarella on half of a bagel, put some pepperoni slices on top, and stick in the pizza oven or oven until lightly browned.

Grilled cheese sandwiches are easy, so are scrambled eggs.

Microwave a potato til baked, about 5-8 minutes. (don't forget to poke it with a fork first). Then add cheese, bacon bits, sour cream, salso, canned chili, or whatever you want.
