I mean, those who shoot themselves in the head. Do they get time to feel pain, or do they pass quickly?

No, instant death 97% of the time, the other 3% usually des as well, but they're te unlucky ones.

Use a shotgun and it's close to 99.9%.

I don't believe if they shoot themselves thorugh the head or the heart. But anywhere else you would proably feel pain and most likely be crippled.

I am sure they do, I remember having a patient that didn't die and he had to live the rest of his life as a veg. and 1/2 his head was actually gone.

I really don't know or think they care. The real problem is that they are in such deep mental agony that they see no other alternative but to end their life.
