I like to hit hard on this type of question. But if I do , I always come in heavy words that cuts deep into a person soul and his pride. I make a fool of him, insomuch I receive an email from him/her. We christian can be insulted through your crafty question which under mind our faith and make a mockery of our God with much disrespect and you think you can get away with. But when I confront back I don't understand why you guys feel the pain. Is it truth hurts? Consider your question, and if you can insult and belittle so you must expect the retribution. I response as an answerer in a worldly manner only and some cannot take it, I wonder if I were to response in spirit , will the person be burn right to their soul. Please, your above question also belittle our Pope even though you consider not. It seems innocent but this is an open forum and it could sent a wrong message that our Pope is a coward. I could have hit you with an insult .

Gods plan is consistent with the developments of the time. Its not heretical to seek medical aid from a hospital any more than it is to use bullet proof glass as protection. If God wants you dead, you will be dead. Yes, of course... but also dont tempt God. God helps those who helps themselves, dont be a fool, etc. Just because you have faith doesnt mean God will allow you to violate the laws of physics.

You are a sad, bitter person, arent you? Between your screen name and your question history, you spend your life on Religion and Spirituality for the sole sake of undermining other peoples faith. So sad of you. Have you heard the term "intolerant bigot" before?

I find it ironic that some Christians think that all Muslims are terrorists because 9/11 was conducted by Muslims. At the same time, an abortion clinic bombing by Christians doesn't mean all Christians are terrorists. Go figure.

OK..with the law of hatred.
and signs of time of last days.(days of noah).
and you're noticing the days of Jonah too..are yu not? REPENT>>REPENT REPENT..you don't know the day or hour of YOUR DEATH.
NOW if GOD..created man with wisdom..don't you think..you driving a car is safer than riding a bike in traffic?
and beside..has it been proven..that john paul 2 was shot at..by the russian? (atheist nation.perfect place for you to move too). lol..they think like you.
NOW..as for faith..one need GREAT FAITH..them who has small faith.are limited.logicially.

Matthew 4:5-7 states:

Then the devil took him to the holy city, and made him stand on the parapet of the temple, and said to him, "If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down. For it is written: 'He will command his angels concerning you and 'with their hands they will support you, lest you dash your foot against a stone.'"

Jesus answered him, "Again it is written, 'You shall not put the Lord, your God, to the test.'"

The Pope likewise uses his God-given common sense and does not put God to the test.

With love in Christ.

They have faith in God's plan; it's just that they need security like any other high profile diplomat.

I see your point... :) If they really wanted to test their faith, then they would need no such things as bulletproof hats.

Actually, it seems the Rat Singer doesn't always go out in the display case...

I wonder if that lessens his value....being out of the case?
