It's not sth you need to do.If you feel like finding a gf, then sure, date, why not? But don't feel you must.

Ok first of all, when the time is right for dating, you will know. There has to be a chemistry between you and a special someone b4 you ask them out. Maybe try a dating service, local singles group, church groups or if you like bars then try that. But the only thing is when you like someone take it slow, you are new to this and dont want to set yourself up for a fall.

YES i don't wanna seen mean but having a girlfriend will give you more social skills and will make you feel good. You are probably missing out because you don't have anyone to share your happy and sad times. Also you want to start dating to find your soul mate because shes out there and needs you to find her because girls are shy to ask guys out but anyway you don't wanna spend your life alone!! Good luck! (as for the kissing look for tips online) BUT DON'T GET A GF JUST TO HAVE ONE!!

guy get a life first before you get a wife. a lot of wise men have lived for 40 or so years and they have never kissed or touched or had a gf as it has been proven, women mature faster than men do so honestly scientifically speaking, man, you are only 17yrs old what the hell would you wanna rush and get a girl for? is it because your friends ALL have babes? is it because of peer pressure? is it desperation? whatever the reason man, take a chill pill. your woman is still in the factory been molded into perfect beauty dont rush for the ones you see now because as i said, your eyes are only 17yrs old and all that they see the brain cant see

Yes you definitely need to start dating. If you feel that you are emotionally ready. There is nothing girls hate more than a guy that acts like he is still 16 and never been kissed.

To each there own, my brother is nearly 30 and I don't think he has ever been with a girl, I was married at 18 right out of high school. There is never a need to rush, but at the same time don't take to long or might regret it.
