U can't:
If you have lost original recovery CD, try contacting Dell and ask them, failing that get the windows drivers from www.dell.com and use a "normal" windows CD to install, but you will lekely need to buy a new licence as the dell keys workonly with Dell install sets

THERE IS NO SUCH THINGS AS DELL OPERATING SYSTEM, and you can't download them...
your dell 5150 are compatible with Windows and other operating systems such as Linux, Unix, Mac and other....
The only available you can download for free and legal is Linux!!nothing else...search for it and download them, it contained 5 CDs...

McaFEE is involved with dell,as I have one too.Give them a call and Im sure that they can help you.
