You might wanna get checked out by a doctor and make sure that you don't have any hormone problems. I'm hypothyroid (my body doesn't produce enough thyroid hormones) and I believe that might have stunted my growth a bit while growing up, because I wasn't diagnosed early enough. If there's nothing wrong with you, don't worry, you're only 16 and you still have plenty of time before your body stops growing.

Please don't worry too much about the jerks who pick on you now. All that lasts just through high school. Just hold your head up and don't act like your height bothers you in any way. That's what fuels provocation. Just be confident with your height and carry yourself with dignity.

P.S: I'm only 150cm ;)

Well maybe your should try to find out if your height is genetic so that you dont go busting your butt for nothing. If you puke milk do u mean plain milk.If so see if u can tolerate chocolate milk or strawberry milk.Try soy milk as well it may not taste that great but it is really an important source.U should try gettin some supplements as well they do work.Maybe you should see a doctor as well because i had the same worry too. Then i found out my muscles had stopped growing because i didnt exercise,As soon as i started playin soccer my height did increase.I moved from 152 -158.Not much but ....Being tall aint everything...

Don't worry about it. You'll probably grow a lot in the next couple of years. Boys can often do a lot of growing between 16 and 19.

Hight is just one of those fickle things. It's nothing really that your'e doing or not doing. It is the genes you inherited from your mom and dad. Perhaps talk to your doctor about taking calcium suppliments and Vitamin D though.

You can't. Height is based on genetics, and was determined before you were born. My best advice, be happy with who you are. (and if you're a girl--high heels can be your best friend)

If you are really short, sometimes doctors will give you growth hormones. You will have to ask your doctor about that.
