Our Task manager somehow was reconfigured so that at the top right, it doesn't have the three boxes:
Send to toolbar, minimize/maximize, close
How can I fix that?

go to the tools and reset your computer to a date one month ago and all your old settings will return.

If you right click Task manager on the task bar you get those choices there.
