if its just for fileing its what ever works for you if you are submitting them to a show or something were you won't all ways be around when others are viewng the its best to title them so they can see you point of view and interpretation of your work. personally i all ways title mine

if it has it helps thers enjoy the photos even when you are not there to explain them about the photos.
But if you have a digital camera and are fast to reach your camera then you would have a lot of problem giving a discription to all the photographs but it is certainly useful.

I give all my photos a descriptive title. This way I can remember exactly where they were taken and in what circumstances.

That depends on where the photos are. If you are posting them in any sort of online gallery, then yes. Hanging on your wall, no.
