Christianity has taught them to look down on others. And so they have developed a social status addiction. They constantly need to feel the power of being better than you. Christians are bad people.

Answering this question will not satisfy your curiosity.
The only way to find true Christianity teaching is to find a Bible and read it through. Understand the Jesus of the Bible then you will know what true Christianity is. Those people who claim to be Christians but have their own distorted translation have been misled by false teachers of the Law. It is because they are either too lazy to read the Bible by themselves that they take somebody's terribly flawed translation or they just want to have their own translation so that they can gain control over their church members. Either they are Teachers or Followers of a distorted interpretation of the Holy Bible.
They are cults and not the true Christian church. They want you to think they are real when in fact they are as plastic as the garbage receptacle in the corner of your office:(

Sorry this has been your experience. I as a Christian women do not treat others in this manner. Not all people who proclaim themselves to be Christian truly are. Keep that in mind. I live a life with the faith that my hope and prayers of peace, joy, and the love ,of Christ for me,and everyone within the world. It is not my place to judge any man/women, that would be to big of a burden. I am one human being within a world of so so many. I believe we all have the blessings of "free will" and "choices". I have to be able to live with the choices I make in life. I pray for those who are outwardly or inwardly prejudicial against any other. We are all Children of God and he loves all of this Children... God Bless****

I am a Christian. I do agree that many fundamentalist Christians are saying hateful things. I wish that the SPIRIT of GOD was in all of them. Unfortunately, the SPIRIT is NOT with them. I believe that the spirit of the Devil is working through many of them. However, many are truly preaching the truth and displaying a right spirit. It's hard, unless you know what to look for, to tell who has a right spirit and who doesn't.

Let me ask you a question, if Islam was the original faith across the world and then came Christianity killing muslim people women, men, elderly, children with no mercy. If they started to burn mosqes down, and trying to force their believe by war and blood. How would you feel about them, PLEASE be HONEST with yourself when you answer this question. I believe history can tell which religion proved that they are a religion of love and peace. If you have a house of glass don't start hitting people with stones.

Depends on what your definition of hate is.
I tend to find Vegans, Veggetarians and PETA people to be just as nasty.
They say nasty things about how meat eaters smell.
The PETA people spray paint private property of people and are trying to end ANIMAL medical reasearch.
Now, we're not JUST TALKING STEM CELL here, were talking a group of SECULAR people under the NON PROFIT moniker of PETA trying to stop ALL laboratory research that involves using animals and they BREAK INTO LABS to fee animals, once again DESTROYING property.
And these people will grind medical scienc to a TOTAL HALT.
Now, where are the Atheists and Agnostics on these points.
The ATHEIST point at how RELIGION stiffles science, WHAT IS PETA PLANNING TO DO!

Why is anyone hateful toward others? Sin is the answer. Jesus has come to save us from this sin.
Romans 1:19-21
19Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened

I am atheist and I assure I have not suffered physical pain at the hands of a believer. Well maybe from laughter but that's fun any way.
The hatred stems from the same place Islamic hatred stems from. It's a mentality "I am more godly than you" and it knows no boundaries.

Hopefully it's just a vocal minority (who pridefully claim to be the majority) rather than the real majority.
