Is this possible? And, if it is, what do I buy? I am very computer illerate, so you might have to ask me to retrieve the information you need to answer me..I sure will appreciate it! I want to take some movies of some people that are bothering me..and then transfer them to my computer...I guess I could just invest in a digital camera that will do that, but can't afford it right now..can you help me?

I want to use the camrecorder to videotape the stalkers, then post them on YOUTUBE...but can't figure out how

It can be done. You need to buy a device like Dazzle that takes analog audio and video, and digitizes it. They're pretty cheap.
A digital camcorder cannot do it - they don't convert to digital, they record directly in digital.
