I am going to UK via singapore next week is there any new restrictions on hand bagage like a spare pare of cloths toiletries psp ect now because of the latest threats on london please help me I need to know what I can take with me thank you

Don't worry. No significant changes on the Singapore end. just the same restrictions as before. They will hit you a little harder in the UK. Luck with that.

Due to the hightened security status NOTHING is permitted on the plane. Youll have to fly buttnaked.
