when we capture terrorist, why dont we tie them to the ground with stakes and romove their eyelids and let their eyes be eatin by camel spiders? the geneva convention is a joke, and has no place in the army.

Captured terrorists in Afghanistan, Iraq, and elsewhere have no rights under the Geneva Convention. Those rights are reserved for uniformed combatants who are recognizable because of those uniforms. You know who the enemy is so you can treat them with some dignity. A uniformed combatant is fighting for his country. The current crop of terrorists are not fighting for any country, but are fighting against our way of life. They plan on giving us no quarter so we MUST do the same.
Since Muslims abhor pork, we should maybe wash them in pigs blood to deny their access to Allah (their misguided idea.) This might reduce their religious radicalism.

How do you know the CIA, and the military don't do that already? Of course the Geneva Convention is a joke. I am not very creative to think up new ways to torture someone.

While I can see the argument that "It brings us down to their level", there is one major point that cannot be ignored. Might makes right. He who wins is right in their cause. Show me an example of when a "loser" of a war was considered right in their country. If we want to win against a brutal enemy, we must be more brutal. That's how all wars have been won. The greatest example recently is WWII Pacific Front. Almost every Japanese soldier was willing to fight to the death to kill us, and ultimately we choose to nuke two cities to bring them to the realization that they could not win.

I think it is international law that we have to put them on trial but don't get me wrong i am with u 100% when it comes to torturing the terrorists I have thought of tying them to a ferrari or something and then towing them across the asphault at like 200 mph until they bleed to death.

For the record, we follow the Geneva Convention because we want other people to follow it. They don't always do it, but if civilized nations refuse to follow the rules of civilization, it will hurt us more than it will ever hurt our enemies.
