and how long before do we have to get there before the concert?

Any show at summer stage is going to be very crowded. try to get there at least 2 hours before show time if you want a good seat. If it doesn't matter how close you are to the front, then take a blanket and go around showtime and sit in the back. The more popular the artist, the more crowded it would be.

Packed. The reason great entertainment. Plan on spending the day in the park. Visit the zoo, the sail races at the cement pond, Belvedere Castle, and star watching. I know someone who was in Central Park and saw Leonardo DiCaprio.

yes, i have been there. it is wicked hot and very crowded. idk if i would go again bc u cant drink there and it is pretty crowded. i guess u should go like 2-3 hours in advance to he area to get a good spot and be close.
