Actresses do a lot of crash diets as well as hours and hours of daily training. For a normal person this is unrealistic - most of us have jobs, families, etc and don't have that kind of time to devote to losing weight at the drop of a hat. Remember that this is not only abnormal but unhealthy as well. To jump weights often is hard on your heart and joints.

Trust me if someone said you have to be this size in order to get paid 3 million dollars you would make it possible too. We are not offered money to be a size for example the show Biggest loser thoes people lost so much weight and they were not stars at all they did loads of crash dieting which I believe alot of stars do but the show offered the winner a big amount of money. So money makes things happen.

Because it is their job to lose or gain weight - they spend all day and all week working to get to that goal. They don't have to go to a regular 9 to 5 job while getting thin...... getting thin is their 9 to 5 job.
Also - don't forget.......the media tends to blur the timeline. We may see pictures of an actress thin - then fat - then seemingly thin again within no time. When in fact it's taken them months to change their bodies.

they don't get in shape immediately. they are either already in shape or work with a personal trainer every day for weeks to get in shape. there is a lot of time between them getting a part in a movie and actually having to make the movie.
