If you are doing about 200 crunches twice a day and you have been doing this for most every day for a year or more and do not have a six pack, then you are most likely not getting one because of your body type or age.

Go to the gym and work out on the ab machine.

FIRST THINGS FIRST -
YOU NEED TO BURN OFF ALL THE FAT ROUND YOUR WAIST UNTIL YOU ARE CUT AND BUFF.
AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU ARE SWEATING THAT OFF YOU CAN DO THE CLASSIC SETS OF AB EXERCISES.
THERE ARE ZILLIONS OF SO-CALLED FAILPROOF METHODS ON SALE. YOU DON'T NEED THEM.
LIE ON AN EXERCISE MAT . .(OR MATTRESS !!)
AND WITH YOUR ARMS FLAT BY YOUR SIDE LIFT YOUR PELVIS UP INTO THE AIR AS FAR AS YOU CAN.
DO NOT USE YOUR ARMS TO GIVE PUSH !!!!
THIS WILL TUNE UP YOUR TOP ABS IN NO TIME.
IT WORKS WONDERS.
